Abstract
Twenty transitions have been assigned for a gauche isomer of $H_{2} PPF_{2}$. A type, c type, and several weak b type lines have been observed which fit the rotational constants A = 6916.59 B = 3372.99 C = 2648.61. The existence of a small $\mu_{b}$ dipole component ($\sim$0.2D) was also established from analyzing the Stark effect of nine transitions. The selection rules eliminate the cis or trans structure leaving a gauche conformation. A reasonable choice of structural parameters for the gauche conformation also closely reproduces the moments of inertia.
