Colophon: This catalogue was designed by M. Christopher Jones. Five hundred copies were printed by offset lithography on Mohawk Superfine 80 lb. smooth soft white text paper at The Ohio State University's Printing Facility. The Adobe Furtura and Garamond types were set directly to film negative from an Apple Macintosh computer using Aldus PageMaker 5.0; Russell McKnight, the production manager at Logan Elm Press, shot the documentary photographs, made the Abaca and Cotton fiber paper for the covers using stenciled paper pulp and printed the covers on a Vandercook #4 proof press from polymer letterpress plates. The cover photograph was taken by M. Christopher Jones and shows Russell McKnight transferring a freshly made, wet sheet of paper to a couching felt. This catalog was hand-bound by members of the Friends of the Logan Elm Press.
