Abstract

Dr. Paul Weber is the sixth Last Lecture speaker. Dr. Weber is a husband, father, grandfather, beloved physician, leader in medical education, past chair of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, past vice dean for Education, Professor of the Year in 2000, and recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch first appeared in print in 2008. Dr. Pausch simply asked, "What wisdom would we impart to the world if we knew it was our last chance? If we had to vanish tomorrow, what would we want as our legacy?"
