Abstract

The Parker Food Science and Technology Building is located at 2015 Fyffe Rd. The Board of Trustees officially named the building "Parker Food Science and Technology Building" on December 1, 2000. The building was named for Thomas L. Parker, an OSU alumnus, business leader, and active community citizen. This structure is also known as the Pilot Plant Facility and the Food Science and Technology Center.
