Abstract

The $A^{2}\Pi(020) - X^{2}\Sigma^{+}(000)$ band of CaOH has been observed using CW dye laser excitation, and rotationally analyzed. The measured line positions, in combination with data obtained in our $laboratory^{1}$ for the $A^{2}\Pi(100) - X^{2}\Sigma^{+}(000)$ transition, have been employed in a global deperturbation of the $A(100)^{2}\Pi$ and $A(020) \kappa^{2}\Pi$ and $\mu_{2}\Pi$ vibronic states that simultaneously takes account of Fermi resonance, spin-orbit coupling and the Renner-Teller interaction. All the measured line positions are reproduced to within the measurement accuracy of $0.005 cm^{-1}$.
