To provide underserved families with a foundation for building a strong healthy family through health education, social support, and health care to reduce risk of chronic diseases

IMPACT. 1: 12 low income families and 45 individuals served 30 volunteers engaged 27 sessions held $1,500 secured in donations Established Centering Community Health Council to sustain CFH.
