Abstract

A rare, light-blue glazed earthenware lidded bowl embossed with a floral design and the words "Only Made and Sold By O.O. Brown" is described and illlustrated. It is believed to date to the early 1920s, when O.O. Brown and Co. operated in Roseville, Muskingum Co., Ohio.
