Abstract
Band oscillator strengths of the Schumann-Runge $(B^{3}\Sigma^{-}_{u}, - X^{3}\Sigma^{-}_{g})$ absorption bands of $^{16}O_{3}, ^{18}O_{2}$ and $^{16}O^{18}O$ have been theoretically determined and are compared to the Harvard-Smithsonian experimental values. A slight increase in the magnitude of the theoretical electronic transition moment results in satisfactory agreement between theory and experiment for all three species.
