Abstract

Recent measurements of H216O were made using the 0.005cm−1 resolution FTS at the Kitt Peak McMath facility. The results from the analysis include improved values of the ground and ν2 state rotational energy levels, line strengths, self-broadened widths and pressure effects (widths and frequency shifts) due to N2 and air broadening. These results lend information to studies involving far wing water vapor investigations. These results will be presented and discussed.
