Abstract
Dye-laser-induced fluorescence has been employed to determine inelastic relative integral cross sections for collisions involving state-selected LiH. The incident particles (v =0, j = 1 in most experiments) are prepared by electric quadrupole state selection of a supersonic seeded beam of LiH. Final quantum states, produced by collisions with a target scattering gas, are observed by Laser fluorescence detection in the LiH $A^{1}\Sigma^{+} - X^{1} \Sigma^{+}$ band system. Recent results with Ar, He, and other scattering partners will be presented.
