Abstract

Using spectroscopic constants derived from the analysis of the $3 ν 3$ and $S F 6$ , we assign the double resonance diode spectra of Moulton and $S e i n f e l d 2$ and Compare their data with the calculated $2 ν 3$ ro-vibrational energy levels. We also calculate the vibrational multiple photon $n ν 3$ ladder and describe the possible resonant pathways.
