Knowledge Bank

The infrared spectrum of $B211H6$ has been obtained in the $2500-2700cm-1$ region with a spectral slit width of approximately $0.05cm-1$. The A type band $\nu 16$ and the B type band $\nu 8$ have been partially assigned. Ground state rotational constants have been determined from a least squares fit of approximately $255\Delta 2F\prime \prime$ and $\Delta 1F\prime \prime$ values. Preliminary values of the ground state rotational constants are $A=2.6557cm-1,B=0.60650cm-1$ and $C=0.55724cm-1$.
