The bound-free $B\to X$ (2200 {\AA}) transition In KrCl is studied as a function of the pressure of $Cl2$, Kr, and several third gases (Ar, He, $N2$). The infinite-pressure extrapolated spectrum is analyzed computationally to yield approximate potential curves for both states. The finite pressure data are then used to obtain relative vibrational populations for the first few v^{\prime} levels, from which we deduce quenching end vibrational relaxation rates.
