Bust-length portrait of American statesman Benjamin Franklin, commissioned for the frontispiece of The Complete Poor Richards Almanacks, a two-volume reprint edition published in 1970 by the Imprint Society of Barre, Massachusetts. Proofs exist separate from the published volumes, variously titled with Franklin's last name or full name. The image was reproduced on a handbill by Logan Elm Press for the 2011 exhibition Benjamin Franklin: In Search of a Better World at the Ohio State University's Thompson Library.
