Abstract

The $1←0$ and $2←1$ rotational transitions of $B H 3 P H 3$ and several isotopic derivatives have been observed in the P, K and R band microwave regions. A complete $R s$ structure has been determined and the torsional barrier determined from relative intensity measurements. The dipole moment was determined to have a value of $3.99±0.02 D$ .
