Abstract

Ito's measurements have been repeated and extended. The infrared spectra from 33 to 4000cm−1, and the Raman spectra with polarizations have been obtained for cyclo-C3F6, cyclo-C3Cl6 and cyclo-C3Br6. The symmetry in each case is D3h. The new data require alteration of the vibrational assignments which will be discussed.
