Abstract
Cyclopropene, first synthesized by Demjanow and $Dojarenko,^{1}$ has been prepared and its infrared and Raman spectrum investigated. The band envelopes are characteristic of an asymmetric rotor, although the A and B axes are different from those calculated by using the electron diffraction measurements of Dunitz, Feldman, and $Schomaker.^{2}$ Assignment of the observed vibrations will be discussed.
