Abstract

Ostrowski surveys the descriptions of early Slavic manuscripts published from 1968 to 1982. He describes and evaluates places where information about manuscripts is published, e.g., reports of archeographic expeditions, archeographic essays and catalogues of manuscript description. He concludes by posing a list of tasks for future researchers, including supplementing earlier descriptions with recent findings and providing more detailed and accurate descriptions and analysis of watermarks.
