Abstract
“The infrared and Raman spectra of ordinary and deuterated disilyl sulfide are reported. Interpretation of the vibrational frequencies and the P R spacings in the “parallel” bands indicate a value of very nearly $100^{\circ}$ for the SiSSi angle. Speculations are made regarding the symmetry of the molecule and the crystal structure.”
