Abstract

The $\nu_{2}$ parallel band of $SiH_{3}D$ has been recorded in the region from 1690 to 1485 $cm^{-1}$ with a resolution high enough to separate the K = 1 from the K = 2 subband although the separation from the K = 0 to the K = 1 was not achieved. The spectra of the three molecules corresponding to the three isotopes of silicon are clearly observed. The Q branch for the main Isotope, $^{28}Si$, is almost entirely resolved. In the region between P(8) and P(9) another Q branch is observed which is likely to be the center of the $2\nu_{6}$ band. The analysts of the band is in progress.
