Abstract
Empowering students to develop analytical skills that are critical for today's workforce is the overarching theme of this Alber Enterprise Center program. By using common business analysis tools in a logical 6-step sequence, students learn how to solve complex issues while gaining valuable experience in critical thinking, problem solving, team building, decision making, leadership, and project planning.

IMPACT. 1: Solve a complex issue that has many components in which changes to one could cause major consequences to others. -- 2. Cultivate team skills: all team members participate in brainstorming ideas and developing a comprehensive implementation plan. -- 3. Develop transferable abilities to become more sought-after by employers.
