Abstract

This item is the meeting minutes of the Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University held on Friday, June 7, 2002, at the Ohio State University Longaberger Alumni House, Columbus, Ohio. Topics discussed at the meeting included the introduction of new trustees, executive session, chairman's report, contract to retain presidential search consultant, profile of the president of the Ohio State University, interim president, president's report, status report on the presidential commission on the regional campuses, CGS student government report, consent agenda, appointments - University Hospitals board, Cancer Hospital board reappointment, amendments to the bylaws of the medical staff of the Ohio State University Hospitals, amendments to the bylaws of the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J.
