The $5\mu m$ region of the absorption spectrum of $\mathrm{<mrow\; data-mjx-texclass="ORD">13</mrow>}CD3F$ has+ been Interpreted and analyzed in detail. The principle observed bands are $\nu 4,2\nu 2,2\nu 5(l=0)$ and $\nu 1$ with $\nu 2+\nu 5,\nu 2+\nu 3,\nu 3+\nu 5+2\nu 5(l=\pm 2)$ interactions. A detailed discussion of the distribution of $\nu 1$. band intensity due to various local and global Interactions will be presented.
