Knowledge Bank

The molecular beam electric resonance spectra of $Li7F$, $Li6F$, $Li7Cl36$, $Li7Cl37$, $NaCl35$, and $NaCl37$ have been measured. The transition observed is J=1, $MJ=O\to J=1$, $MJ=\pm 1$ in an electric field. In most cases several vibrational states have been examined. The electric dipole moment and several internal interaction parameters such as quadrupole coupling constants and spin-rotation interaction constants have been determined.
