Abstract

The infrared and Raman spectra of cyclobutylamine, $C_{4}H_{7}NH_{2}$, and cyclobutylamine-$N-d_{2}$, $C_{4}H_{7}ND_{2}$ have been recorded from 50 to $4000 cm^{-1}$ for the gaseous and solid states. Vibrational assignment has been made and the potential functions governing the ring puckering and the asymmetric internal rotational motions have been determined.
