Abstract

The magnetization of HTS cables for Accelerator magnets is measured and analyzed. CORC and Roebel Cables are measured at 4 K and 1 T and both the absolute value of the magnetization and its drift is determined. These results are compared to the underlying conductor the cables are wound with, and projections are made for the influence of these values on dipole magnet errors
