A large number of transitions extending to high K values have been measured in the millimeter and submillimeter spectral region. These data are analyzed by means of an asymmetric rotor formalism that also includes contributions due to electronic effects that arise from the unpaired electron. The was produced by fluorine abstraction of hydrogen from hydrogen peroxide in a free space cell.
