Abstract
A small faunal sample excavated at Jackson's Mill (46-Le-24), Lewis Co., West Virginia (boyhood home of General Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson), is described and analyzed. The sample is dominated by pig and other domesticated animals typical of a 19th C. farmstead, supplemented by deer and a few small forest species.
