Abstract

The analysis of the microwave spectrum of CF2 has been extended to include the effects of centrifugal distortion. The rotational constants thus obtained are A=88,355.11Mc/s,B=12,507.56Mc/s,C=10932.38Mc/s,Taaaa=−11.64Mc/s,Tbbbb=−.0641Mc/s,Tcccc=−0.0303Mc/s and Taabb=0.128Mc/s. The force field in CF2 will be discussed.
