Abstract

Molecular constants of the ground state of 14N16O have been obtained by combining data from a number of sources. We have included absorption data in the microwave and fundamental (1-0) infrared regions together with emission data in the overtone (2-0) infrared region and data from the β electronic band system in the 2300-5300 {\AA} region. These data include values of v from 0 to 16 and values of J up to 77.5. The results from the least squares fits to the individual ``bands” have been combined using the correlated least squares technique described by Albritton, et. al.,1 to obtain the best set of constants.
