Abstract

Colophon: The text of this book was set in Goudy, a typeface designed by Frederic W. Goudy, on a Macintosh desktop publishing system. The cover-plate was handset on letterpress from Goudy metal types. The cover paper was handmade from cotton rags especially for this book. The text sheets are Johannot, a rag paper imported from France. The flysheets are Kyoto, a decorative paper imported from Japan. Each book was assembled by hand and individually bound by staff members of University Publications and the Logan Elm Presss at The Ohio State University.
