The third in a series of prints based on Ronald Reagan and the Iran-Contra Affair, utilizing a complex composition of newspaper text and images of the President, Oliver North, John Poindexter, Robert McFarlane, and Fawn Hall. The most prominent quote, from Justice Louis D. Brandeis, reads "In a gov't of laws the existence of the gov't will be imperiled if it fails to observe the laws scrupulously. Our gov't is the potent, the omnipotent teacher. For good or ill it teaches the whole people by its example. If gov't becomes a lawbreaker it breeds contempt for law: it invites every man to become a law unto himself. It invites Anarchy."
