Abstract

The Wexner Center for the Arts is located at 1850 College Rd. This structure was officially named "The Wexner Center for the Visual Arts" by the Board of Trustees on October 31, 1985 after Leslie H. Wexner, the founder, president, and chairman of the board of the Limited, Inc. as well as chairperson of the OSU Foundation. The Center is dedicated to the memory of Harry L. Wexner, deceased father of Leslie Wexner. The Wexner Center for the Arts is also known as the Visual Arts Center, the Wexner Center for the Visual and Performing Arts, The Ohio State Center for the Visual Arts, and the Fine Arts and Communication and Graphic Arts Library.
