Abstract

Gallium arsenide molecules, prepared by laser vaporization of gallium arsenide crystals, have been trapped in Ar and Kr matrices condensed on a gold surface cooled to 4K. Far-infrared spectra will be discussed, along with vibrational assignments and geometries.
