dc.description.abstractThe microwave spectra of $CH_{3}PH_{2}BH_{3}$, $H_{3}PBF_{3}$, and $SiH_{3}PH_{2}BH_{3}$ have been assigned the 18.0-40.0 GHz region. The barriers to internal rotation for all three molecules, and partial structures for $H_{3}PBF_{3}$ and $SiH_{3}PH_{2}BH_{3}$ have been determined.en_US
