dc.description.abstractWe have investigated the absorption spectrum of isocyanic acid with a high-resolution echelle infrared spectrometer. The rotational structure of the bands corresponding to the three low frequency fundamentals, $\nu_{4}$, $\nu_{5}$, and $\nu_{6}$ has been studied. The rotational analysis of these bands will be discussed.en_US
