INTEGRATED ABSORBANCE MEASUREMENTS ON SELECTED LINES IN THE 1-0 BAND OF $^{14}N^{16}O$
Publisher:
Ohio State UniversityAbstract:
Integrated absorbance measurements were made on selected lines in the 1-0 band of NO for the purpose of determining line strengths which are critical to concentration determinations in pollution measurements. Both low resolution ($0.1 cm^{-1}$ to $2 cm^{-1}$) and high resolution measurements were employed in the analysis. The range of validity for the Beer-Lambert Law was investigated for this molecule as well, and comparisons between integrated absorbance and peak absorbance measurements will be made.
