Ohio 21 was published semi-annually between 1987 and 1991 for alumni, friends and Ohio agricultural leaders by the College of Agriculture, the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center (OARDC) and the Ohio Cooperative Extension Service (OCES) of The Ohio State University. The title Ohio 21 reflected an initiative to have educational programs that would position Ohio agriculture and natural resources to effectively handle the challenges of the 21st century. Ohio 21 magazine replaced Ohio Report, a research focused magazine that was published by OARDC for more than 20 years.
