This section Дѣло кънижьноѥ (Dielo k"nizh'noie) is about books - early printed books and manuscripts.
Marti surveys the Slavic manuscripts in Switzerland. He notes that Switzerland has very few such manuscripts because it had only tenuous ties with Orthodox Slavic countries throughout history. Although it has had better connections with western, Catholic Slavic countries, most of the manuscripts connected with these countries are of little interest to Slavicists as they are primarily written in Latin. He remarks that a detailed description of those manuscripts housed in Switzerland is in preparation and provides a short list of them.
