dc.description.abstract | The $1\leftarrow 0$ and $2\leftarrow 1$ rotational transitions of $BH_{3}PH_{3}$ and several isotopic derivatives have been observed in the P, K and R band microwave regions. A complete $R_{s}$ structure has been determined and the torsional barrier determined from relative intensity measurements. The dipole moment was determined to have a value of $3.99 \pm 0.02D$. | en_US |
