In Spring 2019, I spent three months in Columbus, Ohio, working as a home health aide for Ohio-At-Home Healthcare Agency. I worked with a wide range of people, such as the elderly and autistic children, working to expand my skill-set for patient care for my future. I primarily worked with a young adult with Autism, helping her with daily living activities and becoming involved in the community. The STEP budget allowed me to live independently in Columbus while completing my internship project.en_US
