VIBRATIONAL SPECTRA AND STRUCTURE OF SOME AMINO PHOSPHINES AND ARSINES

Abstract

The far infrared and Raman spectra of ($CH_{3}$) $NPCl_{2}$ $NPCl_{2}$, ($CH_{3}$) $NAsCl_{2}$, and ($CD_{2}$) $NAsCl_{2}$ have been recorded. Vibrational analyses will be presented for these molecules and barriers to the torsional oscillations have been determined. The conformation about the PN and AsN will be discussed.
