dc.description.abstractUse of long absorption paths and high resolution made possible the observation and precision measurement of nearly 7500 spectral lines of water vapor in the regions 2500--4330 $cm^{4}$ and $4470-5915 cm^{4}$. A discussion will be presented of the spectra observed along with the energy levels determined for the 100, 020, 001, 110, 011 and 030 states.en_US
