RAMAN MATRIX ISOLATION SPECTROSCOPY
Publisher:
Ohio State UniversityAbstract:
Experimental problems involved in obtaining Raman spectra of matrix isolated molecules will be discussed along with efforts we have made to solve these. The results of studies to determine the optimum choice of matrix, sample concentrations, sample deposition rates and temperatures, illumination geometry, laser power and wavelength, etc, will be given. Application to several systems of chemical interest will be described.
