dc.description.abstractThe microwave spectrum of vinyl trifluorosilane, $CH_{2}=CHSiF_{3}$. has been observed. From assignment of a-type transitions, the following constants have been determined for the ground state. B = 2211.8 $\pm$ 0.5, C=2168.7 $\pm$ 0.5 MHz. The observation of b-type, Q-branch bands has provided an approximate value of A of 4040 $\pm$ 50 MHz. Refinement of these constants is underway. In addition, the a-type spectra of several vibrationally excited states have been observed, and analysis of these spectra will be presented.en_US
