dc.description.abstractThe microwave spectrum of $GeF_{2}$ has been observed at $90^\circ C$. The following ground state rotational constants (expressed in MHz) for the two isotopic species of Ge have been determined: [FIGURE] The bond length and bond angle determined from these constants are 1.736 {\AA} and 97.4$^\circ$. The dipole moment obtained from Stark effect measurements is $2.68\pm 0.03$ debye.en_US
