dc.description.abstractThe microwave spectrum of the symmetric top 4-chloronortricyclene ($C_{7} H_{9}CI$) has been investigated. The rotational constant B is found to be 1406.55 MHz for the $^{35}Cl$ species and 1371.67 MHz for the $^{37}Cl$ species. A $^{35}CI$ quadrupole coupling constant of --69.5 MHz has been determined.en_US
