dc.description.abstract“The $\nu_{1}$ and $2\nu_{2}$ bands of $N_{2}^{14}O^{16}, N^{15}N^{14}O^{16}$, and $N_{2}^{14}O^{16}$ and their associated hot bands were measured using a 2.5 meter echelle spectrometer. In some cases the q-values of the degenerate states could be measured. Using the perturbed values of the band origins and their rotational constants, the Fermi interaction terms were calculated for the three molecules. When it was possible to observe high J lines, a D-value was calculated and from this a value of $g_{22}$ could be approximated.At the time preparation of the abstract the following values had been obtained: [FIGURE]en_US
