dc.description.abstract | “Absorption spectra of CH and CD have been observed under moderately high resolution in the vacuum ultraviolet region. The spectra were obtained during the flash photolysis of diazomethane mixed with excess nitrogen Apart from one hand at 1690{\AA}, the bands have been assigned to Rydberg series leading to the first ionization potential of CH at about 10-6 eV. The first band of the nd series (n = 3) shows rather complex fine structure which may be due to strong \emph{l} uncoupling.” | en_US |
