Abstract:
We have presented to NORDP on our grassroots efforts to connect RD professionals across silos: to share best practices (and resources), increase collaboration, and provide professional development opportunities. We have had great success in defining RD and building interest—our second annual half-day RD conference in June 2017 drew almost 200 registrants.
